This Privacy Policy describes how the Kwiin Kulture Foundation ("we," "us," or "our"), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit www.kwiinkulturefoundation.org (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

a) Information you give us directly

We collect personal information only when you choose to share it - currently, through our contact form, which asks for your name, company (optional), email address, and the contents of your message. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry. Submitting the form is voluntary.

Online donations are currently disabled on this Site. If we enable online donations in the future, we will update this policy to describe the donor and payment information collected and how it is processed.

Like most websites, our hosting platform automatically collects limited technical information when you visit the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and the time and date of your visit. Wix also uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the Site to function (for example, security and load-balancing cookies) and may set analytics cookies that help us understand how visitors use the Site. We do not currently use third-party advertising pixels (such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or TikTok Pixel) on the Site.

We do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

The Site is directed to adult creators, artists, and advocates - not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
