Kwiin Kulture Foundation

The Kwiin Kulture Foundation is a nonprofit organization committed to protecting creative integrity and supporting mental health in the digital age. Founded in response to the growing exploitation of original content, particularly from marginalized creators, our mission is to defend the rights, voices, and well-being of those shaping culture online.

We exist to ensure that creators are not just seen, but respected and protected. Through advocacy, legal access, education, and healing-centered programming, we work at the intersection of creativity, digital equity, and emotional wellness.

Whether it's helping an artist fight content theft, offering mental health resources after online harassment, or advocating for policy reform in AI and intellectual property, we’re here to protect the people behind the content, not just their output.

At Kwiin Kulture Foundation, we believe digital visibility should never come at the cost of creative dignity.

The Founders

Kwiin Kulture Foundation was co-founded by Nicolle "Nikki" Neal and her daughter Ava Neal, popularly known as Kwiin Ava, - the visionary creative force and the very heartbeat behind the movement.

Ava is an artist, a muse, and a cultural innovator whose Afro-inspired designs sparked conversations and opened eyes, globally. Nikki, Ava’s mother, manager, and business partner has a background in finance and business. Together, they launched Kwiin Kulture LLC, a platform that celebrates cultural expression through unapologetically original art, and later established the Kwiin Kulture Foundation to protect creative integrity and mental health in the digital space.

As a mother-daughter team, they’ve navigated virality, imitation, exploitation, and healing - all while standing firm in their truth. Their bond fuels a mission that’s bigger than them both: ensuring that creators, are no longer unprotected, unheard, or unseen.

Their message is simple but urgent: originality deserves respect, and creators deserve dignity.
